Special Diets
We cater to all the various forms of special dietary needs including but not limited to: celiac disease and gluten intolerance, lactose intolerance, vegetarianism, veganism, as well as all safely and effectively managing all forms of allergens. We work with our staff directly to provide varying, nutritious, and delicious substitutions that make those eating them feel like they are enjoying the same meal as those around them.
Canoe Trip Food Programs
We consider ourselves the industry experts on providing custom tripping food programs to suit our clients' needs. We have experience in providing full catering services ranging from overnight trips to 50 day adventures. We have established relationships with dehydrated food suppliers from all over the world and pride ourselves in our ability to deliver a better trip food service than our competitors.
Kosher Catering
We also have expertise in kosher catering since 2017. We have multiple reliable suppliers of Kosher certified ingredients to service all of your needs, including special diets and overnight canoe trips. We work hand in hand with COR certified mashgiachs, and have a proven track record of producing nutritious and delicious kosher meals.
Locations and Business Enquiries
Lakeside Catering Services is based in the Muskoka region and surrounding area. We have multiple clients in the Haliburton Highlands and have experience operating as far as Lake Temagami, Kingston area, and even Quebec.
